Debbie Patterson - Recreation Supervisor EDS Super Test

Kodie Hartman is a Management Analyst at the Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District (JARPD), where he brings expertise in financial management and a strong commitment to public service. He graduated with Honors in 2025 from Louisiana State University Shreveport, earning an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting. Since joining JARPD in 2023, Kodie has played a key role in managing the agency’s financial operations.

His responsibilities include creating the agency budget, tracking revenue and expense projections against actuals, conducting competitive bidding processes for district-wide projects, and overseeing accounting procedures to ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable. Among his accomplishments, Kodie successfully transitioned JARPD to a new budgeting software platform, significantly improving the speed and accuracy of the budgeting process.

Outside of work, Kodie enjoys going to the gym, golfing and spending time with his kids and dogs.
