JARPD is applying for a Prop 4 Statewide Public Park Grant that is due in December 2026. As part of the grant application, we will be hosting a series of 5 public meetings, and we are requesting that everyone register for the meeting either in person or via Zoom so we can track the number of participants.

In February of 2025, JARPD closed escrow on 5 acres of land on 58th Street, one block east of Serendipity Rd. in the Pedley/Mira Loma area. While park plans have yet to be developed, it is anticipated that this will become a neighborhood park. Public input will be sought for the overall design in the coming months. Design elements may include:

• Solar lighting
• Walking paths
• Playground with shade
• Open grass area
• Picnic areas with BBQ
• Riding Arena (Round)
• Security Cameras
• Trees and landscaping
